Embroidery and Print Operative

Charles Hughes Ltd. (Portwest Ireland), a leading supplier of workwear, safety wear and PPE is now seeking applications for the position of Embroidery and Print Operative for our production facility in Westport, Co. Mayo.  Charles Hughes Ltd supplies Portwest and other premium brands to over 1,200 customers in Ireland. We are a fast growing ambitious company employing over 100 people in Ireland. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Receiving and checking in stock for logos


• Assisting operators to set up work stations


• Preparing logos for application


• Operating embroidery and print machines (training will be provided)


• Pack orders in preparation for shipping


• Quality control of logo application


• Use of computer software as required


• Email and phone correspondence


• Maintain a high level of health and safety standards


• Performs other general warehouse duties as needed

WORKING HOURS/CONTRACT TYPE

Full time contract; 39 hour week.
