An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Group CFO & Group Head of HR on a temporary contract basis. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the role will interact regularly with the Global Leadership Team and wider finance and HR teams. The position requires a proactive, organised, and adaptable individual who can manage multiple priorities and provide effective support across a demanding and frequently changing workload, whilst maintaining the highest level of discretion. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver administrative support in a flexible and timely manner, responding effectively to the evolving demands of both the Group CFO and Group Head of HR.
Responsibilities
Extensive & complex diary management for the Group CFO and Group Head of HR including all internal & external meetings across multiple time zones
Arranging global travel for the CFO and Head of HR to align with regular Board/Committee meetings and offsites throughout the year
Ad-hoc diary and travel assistance to the wider finance and HR teams
Processing expenses and credit card statements for the Group CFO and Head of HR.
Participate in the newly-formed Communications forum, supporting with producing all-staff communications, arranging townhalls and employee engagement events
Support the London/Bermuda based EAs where required on GLT (Global Leadership Team) and iNED Offsites & Strategy days/events etc.
Other ad-hoc projects/tasks, updating of org charts, new joiner inductions etc.
Covering the London and Bermuda EAs when needed
Role Requirements
Experience supporting C-suite executives within a regulated or professional services environment is highly desirable.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workloads, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude and brings resilience, enthusiasm, and a positive approach to delivering results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Team player with ability to work autonomously
Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous
