It is a busy hotel welcoming both local and international guests. The business is as follows:

· Offering quality dining through a restaurant and bar with a focus on fresh, local and seasonal products

You will be working as an F&B Assistant, supporting the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.

Duties involve:

· Assisting in the preparation and service of food and beverages
· Setting up and clearing tables
· Taking orders and serving guests in a professional manner
· Supporting the team during busy service periods
· Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and bar areas
· Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
· Following hygiene and health & safety standards
