What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a portfolio of external audit engagements, ensuring top -tier delivery
  

• Guide and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
  

• Build strong client relationships and spot opportunities for added value
  

• Contribute to business development and strategic initiatives within the firm
  

• Stay sharp on audit methodologies, risk management, and evolving standards
  

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  

• ACA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification
  

• 7+ years of external audit experience, with a strong focus on Financial Services
  

• Excellent technical knowledge and leadership skills
  

• Fluent English and a collaborative mindset
