Fitter / Service Technician Ireland (Relocation Support)

We are seeking a Maintenance Fitter / Service Technician to service, maintain, and repair specialized zero-grazing machinery. This field-based role involves traveling directly to farms across Ireland to troubleshoot issues, diagnose faults on-site, and ensure minimum downtime for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural machinery.


• Conduct on-farm call-outs for on-site mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting.


• Perform preventative maintenance and pre-season inspections.


• Maintain accurate service records and liaise professionally with farmers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter, Service Technician, or Agricultural Mechanic.


• Experience with similar machinery (forage harvesters, zero grazers) and on-farm call-outs.


• Strong background in hydraulics, mechanics, and welding.


• Good English and a full, clean driving licence.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
