Foreman - Main Contractor

Our client, a premier Tier 1 Main Contractor with a long-standing reputation in large-scale construction, is seeking an experienced Foreman to join their team in Munster overseeing high-quality site operations and subcontractor performance. Work closely with the Health & Safety team to ensure a fully compliant and safe working environment.

Oversee and direct all general concrete work activities and site personnel to deliver projects to the highest standard. Plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor performance against the agreed project schedule.

Give clear direction, manage site teams, and motivate colleagues to meet tight project deadlines. Work collaboratively with the Site Manager and wider project team to maintain quality and regulatory standards.

Provide clear progress updates and report directly on site performance and outputs.
