Freelance Zoho Recruit Consultant (m/f/d) – Setup, Customization & Automation

About Us

de Gier Recruitment Solutions is an international boutique recruitment consultancy specializing in senior and executive hiring across Europe and globally. We are currently implementing Zoho Recruit and are looking for an experienced freelancer to adapt and optimize the system for our multilingual, international recruiting processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Zoho Recruit to align with our recruitment workflows (DACH & EMEA)
  




• Set up automations, workflows, email templates, forms, and dashboards
  




• Integrate Zoho Recruit with other Zoho One modules (CRM, Campaigns, Flow, Careersite)
  




• Manage data migration and cleanup (candidates, clients, contacts, jobs)
  




• Advise on best practices for recruitment agencies and in-house TA teams
  




• (Optional) Provide short training sessions or documentation for our team
  

Requirements

Proven experience in Zoho Recruit implementation and customization (2–3 completed projects minimum)

Knowledge of Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, and custom modules is a plus

Solid understanding of recruitment or staffing processes

Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus)

Freelance / remote availability, with immediate project start preferred
