Group Tax Manager

We’re partnering with a market -leading FMCG group with
operations across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe to appoint a Group Tax
Manager. This is a key strategic hire within the finance function, offering
exposure to senior leadership and cross -border projects in a fast -paced,
growth -oriented environment.
This role will take ownership of the group’s tax compliance, reporting, and
planning activities, working closely with the Group Head of Tax, CFO, and
senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  corporate tax compliance and reporting for the group across multiple
  territories
  
• Prepare
  tax disclosures for year -end consolidated accounts under IFRS
  
• Manage
  tax forecasting, provisioning, and cash flow planning
  
• Oversee
  transfer pricing documentation and support
  M&A activity, restructuring, and other strategic transactions from a
  tax perspective
  
• Engage
  with external advisors and local finance teams to ensure compliance and
  optimise tax efficiency
  

Your Profile

• Qualified
  tax professional (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with post -qualification
  experience in a multinational or Big 4/Top 10 firm
  
• Strong
  technical knowledge of corporate tax, international tax, and transfer
  pricing
  
• Commercially
  minded with the ability to partner effectively with senior business
  leaders
  
• Experience
  in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similarly complex, multi -jurisdictional
  environment is advantageous
