Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Head of Aftersalesto join our dynamic, growing team based in Kearys Belgard, Dublin.

Role Responsibilities:
Lead Service Manager, Parts Manager and Warranty Manager.
Partner the Head of Business on total dealership performance
Monitor and report on departmental KPIs, profitability, and operational metrics
Manage manufacturer audits
Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Handle complex customer complaints and escalations to protect brand reputation
Coordinate with sales teams on handover processes and customer lifecycle management
Role Requirements:
10+ years aftersales including departmental leadership
Workshop + office; customer-facing for escalations; manufacturer audits
Full, clean driving license
Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L management experience
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Customer service excellence mindset with conflict resolution abilities
Understanding of automotive technology, diagnostics, and warranty processes
Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and business planning
Professional qualification in automotive or business management preferred
Flexible approach to working hours including weekends when required
