Head of Finance

A leading Irish Brand are
looking to hire a Head of Finance to join their dynamic and progressive company
to join their leadership team in helping to continue to manage and grow the
company. The role will report directly to the MD and the board, and the
successful candidate will be involved from a strategic stand point while also ensuring
a smooth running of the finance function.

The role responsibilities
will include but not limited to:

·              Ensuring
accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial information to the management
team and lead the review of actual operating statements

·              Support
the preparation of statutory accounts, including engaging with external
auditors as required.

·              Prepare a
summary explaining year on year movements on key financial statement line
items, including explicit reference to any new line items

·              Monitoring
financial performance and develop strategies to maximise financial performance

·              Develop
business plans and forecast models to help the leadership team to make key decisions
around managing / growing the business

Requirements

·              Hold a
professional accounting qualification ( ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent)

·              Ambitious
professional with good commercial acumen who is keen to play a role on a
leadership team

·              Good
people management and stakeholder management skills

·              Minimum of
4 years PQE and experience in a commercial finance role would beneficial
