Site Safety & Compliance Monitoring

• 
  

  Enforce and monitor the practical implementation of the Health & Safety Management System across active site operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Carry out regular H&S site audits, identifying non-conformances and working directly with site management and contractors to resolve them promptly.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure strict adherence to site rules and enforce site-specific disciplinary procedures when necessary.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain complete, accurate site folders and statutory records to guarantee full compliance and audit readiness.

  
  

Hazard Management & Safe Work Coordination

• 
  

  Proactively identify site-specific hazards and ensure appropriate practical mitigations and documentation are put in place.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist the H&S Manager and Site Management in developing, refining, and implementing Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate and oversee daily site operations to ensure full contractor compliance and alignment with safety protocols.

  
  

Communication, Training & Incident Response

• 
  

  Maintain clear lines of communication with the H&S Manager and site leadership regarding ongoing site standards and emerging risks.

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to thorough accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and practical preventative actions.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify ongoing training needs across internal site personnel and sub-contractors.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare, contribute to, and deliver engaging site Toolbox Talks.
