Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
  
• Oversee the overall management and coordination of hotel operations.
  
• Supervise and support department managers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Monitor staff performance, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations.
  
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
  
• Manage inventory, budgets, and financial records related to hotel operations.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
  
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and high morale among staff.
  

Requirements

• Qualifications:
  
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
  
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
