Investment Surveyor

We are working exclusively with a highly ambitious real estate group who are now hiring a Chartered Surveyor to join its team to identify investment opportunities across the Greater Dublin Area.

The Role:

• Work alongside an experienced Managing Director to identify investment/development opportunities across sectors such as Resi, Commercial, Healthcare etc
  
• Analysis of valuations in Argus and Excel
  
• Work closely with the in -house Strategy and Development teams on various projects to include design, viability and leasing
  
• ​Design and lead marketing / leasing campaigns for various assets
  

Requirements

• Relevant degree/masters in Real Estate
  
• Chartered Surveyor with 3 - 5 years relevant experience
  
• Strong commercial and analytical (Excel and Argus) skills are required
  
• Excellent communications skills
