Java Software Engineer - SaaS StartUp - Ireland

An Irish SaaS client in growth & scale up mode needs to hire a keen Java Software Engineer for a mission critical role. This client is experiencing massive demand for their SaaS solution globally. The operation is strongly funded, with expert leadership. To keep up with client demand, they need to urgently expand their engineering team.

The Java Backend Software Engineer is an early hire to the expanding team.

The client running a JVM focused stack so strong experience with Java, Scala or Kotlin is required.

You will build new products & features and work on a whole list of ongoing & future greenfield software development projects. You will receive mentorship from both the Principal Engineer & Senior Software Engineer which will give you exposure to high level software engineering.

Youâll have a career path towards Senior Software Engineer.

Youâll be an early joiner to an expanding development team which means you will have ultimate career development & progression.

The client is evolving their stack and technology strategy which means you will have the opportunity to learn new programming languages, technologies and tools on the job.

Youâll work with a fantastic & nice team of people. Youâll have a lot of variety in your work & projects.

Requirements

3+ years as a hands-on Java Software Engineer,

Strong backend Java.

Microservices,

AWS experience is a bonus.

A desire to learn more fast.
