Jnr Project Manager

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  
• Provide HR administrative support, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding processes.
  
• Support sales and marketing efforts by coordinating campaigns, managing data, and contributing to content creation.
  
• Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, manage leads, and generate reports.
  
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  
• Assist in resolving project-related issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of Jomivic Consulting.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• 0-2 years of experience in project management, HR administration, sales, or marketing.
  
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
