• Contribute across the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  
• Develop, design & create backend services and modern web -based front -end applications.
  
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement and implement scalable technical solutions.
  
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical evaluations, and technology selection.
  
• Actively collaborate in the strategic goals of the CI department.
  
• Assist in maintaining existing applications & providing IT assistance to fellow employees.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to define and measure KPIs and KQIs aligned to business objectives.
  
• Liaise with Zoho support on complex integrations and enhancements.
  
• Assist in the development and deployment of non -software based process improvement.
  

Requirements

• BA / MSc of Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or similar.
  
• Strong ability to analyse requirements, explore alternatives, and derive effective technical solutions to complex problems.
  
• Proven experience in full stack development, with strong hands -on expertise in Node.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL and other latest scripting languages. Experience with additional frameworks, languages, or databases is highly advantageous.
  
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with a strong understanding of business process automation and system integration.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated deployment practices.
  
• Teaching Assistant experience advantageous.
  
• Solid understanding of software architecture, data modelling, scalability, and system maintainability.
