The position is for a well-established hotel, located in the west of Ireland, offering a high-quality hospitality experience focused on service excellence, guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Start date: Starting now

It is a busy hotel welcoming both local and international guests, with strong activity throughout the year and peak season from April to November. The business is as follows:

· Offering quality dining with a focus on fresh, local and seasonal products
· Providing a high standard of service in a fast-paced kitchen environment
· Supporting efficient service during busy periods
· Welcoming a large international clientele

You will be working as a Kitchen Assistant (General Kitchen Support), supporting the kitchen team in daily operations.

Duties involve:

· Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks
· Supporting chefs during service
· Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
· Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
· Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are respected
· Assisting with deliveries and stock organization
· Supporting the team during busy periods
