Lacquer spray operator

We are seeking a skilled Lacquer Spray Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will apply high-quality lacquers, stains, and protective coatings to wood products, panels, and joinery components, ensuring a flawless finish that meets strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and match lacquers, sealers, and stains according to technical specifications.


• Set up and operate manual spray guns and automated spraying equipment.


• Inspect completed items for surface defects, color consistency, and uniform thickness.


• Clean and maintain spray equipment, booths, and tools to preserve operational efficiency.


• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of hazardous materials and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in spray painting, lacquering, or wood finishing.


• Strong knowledge of spray equipment setup, viscosity adjustments, and finishing techniques.


• High attention to detail and good manual dexterity.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a fast-paced production environment.
