Parker Stewart is building a pool of experienced Machine Operators currently based in Bulgaria (or elsewhere in the EU) who hold an EU passport and are willing to relocate to Ireland for site-based operator work. Successful candidates will be matched to live vacancies with a number of established Irish employers across construction, logistics and manufacturing as roles are confirmed.
What you'll be doing: operating plant/machinery such as forklifts, telehandlers, excavators or dumpers (depending on ticket and client site), carrying out routine safety checks, and working to site procedures.
What we need: proven plant/machine operating experience, holding the relevant ticket for your machine — Forklift, Telehandler, 360° Excavator, Dumper, Roller, or MEWP/IPAF, as applicable — plus Safe Pass or equivalent site safety card. Irish CSCS/Safe Pass, UK CPCS/NPORS, or an EU-equivalent qualification are all acceptable. A clean safety record and a willingness to relocate to Ireland are essential. An EU passport is mandatory — this cannot be waived.
Nice to have: multiple tickets (e.g. Telehandler plus Forklift, or 360° Excavator plus Dumper), a Mobile Crane ticket, or MEWP/IPAF licence alongside your primary machine ticket.
Package: from approximately €33,000 p.a. (c. €16/hour), rising depending on ticket/machine type and client site — this is an initial low-end market estimate and will be confirmed against the specific client rate before offer.
Relocation support (flights, initial accommodation) varies by client — some of our clients offer this, some do not. Confirmed once matched to a specific opportunity.
