Job Description - Marketing Manager - Construction

Role: Marketing & Communications Manager

Essentials: Experience in Construction/Property sector; 8+ years' marketing experience with proven leadership responsibility; strong experience across brand, digital marketing, communications, PR and content; B2B experience.

Location: Galway city

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000

Package: Bonus scheme, pension plan, health insurance etc.

Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, aligned with wider business and commercial objectives.

Lead and develop the marketing team, setting priorities and driving a high-performance culture.

Manage brand strategy, digital marketing, website, social media, PR, internal communications and content.

Lead marketing support for business development, tenders, client presentations and strategic opportunities.

Oversee events, sponsorships, awards, photography, video and creative campaigns.

Manage external agencies, suppliers, marketing budgets and performance reporting.

Work closely with senior leadership and teams across the business to identify opportunities and deliver integrated marketing initiatives.

Ensure consistent brand positioning and high-quality marketing materials across all business areas.
