MEP Project Director

Role based in Finland - Rotation plan available

Fohntech Group are looking for an experienced MEP Project Director for a client based in Finland

This role will be responsible for end -to -end delivery of all MEP systems on hyperscale data centre projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and client requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Lead MEP delivery across design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover
  
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors
  
• Oversee critical systems (power, cooling, BMS/DCIM)
  
• Ensure compliance with Nordic regulations and Tier III/IV standards
  
• Drive programme, cost, and risk management
  
• Lead commissioning and client handover
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
  
• 5+ years’ MEP experience on large -scale projects
  
• Strong data centre or mission -critical experience
  
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
  

Desirable:

• Hyperscale client experience
  
• Nordic project experience
  
• LEED/BREEAM knowledge
