ID Recruitment are working with a fast-growing Mechanical Engineering company who are specialists in bespoke fabrication to recruit a Metal Fabricator.

The role will be based in Mayo and offers an attractive salary and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities;

• Working with various metals such as aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel
  


• Mig welding of components
  


• Ability to read and following engineering drawings
  


• Working with a variety of specialised hand and power tools
  


• Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard with minimal supervision
  


• Complete documentation as required
  


• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
  


• Comply with all legal, statutory and Company policies and procedures. 
  

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication role
  


• Valid safepass required
  


• Ability to read fabrication drawings
  


• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  


• Problem solving skills
