• Implement and manage effective AML frameworks
  
• Review and maintain all AML Frameworks and Policies incorporating new/updated regulations
  
• Engage with the regulators on all new policies and regulations implemented
  
• Provide AML recommendations for all new and amended products, supporting marketing and customer documents
  
• Monitor, identify and advise on impacts of key upstream (future) regulatory change.
  
• Develop standalone AML Management Information for reporting to Senior Management, Audit and Risk Committees and to the Board
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in a Senior AML/Compliance role within Financial Services
  
• Professional qualification within Compliance or a relevant degree obtained
  
• Experience working in a 3LOD Risk Management model
  
• Strong track record of delivering high quality compliance oversight across various services and products
  
• Ability to develop and implement a Compliance Risk Management Framework
  
• Strong people management and leadership experience
