• Install, configure, upgrade, and administer MQ queue managers on Linux/Unix.
  
• Manage queues, channels, listeners, clustering, and high availability setups.
  
• Implement and maintain MQ security (TLS, certificates, CHLAUTH).
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot channel failures, queue depth issues, and performance problems.
  
• Perform capacity planning, DR testing, and platform automation.
  
• Support event broker platforms (e.g., Kafka/Solace) from an infrastructure perspective.
  
• Define and enforce messaging platform standards and operational best practices.
  
• Required Skills
  
• 6 - 8+ years MQ administration (distributed environments).
  
• Strong knowledge of MQ clustering, security, and performance tuning.
  
• Experience with Linux, scripting/automation (Shell/Ansible/Python).
  
• Familiarity with event -driven platforms or event brokers.
  
• Experience supporting large -scale production messaging systems.
  
• Any Monitoring tools
  
• Monitor IBM MQ performance and proactively identify and resolve issues related to message queuing and delivery.
  
• Configure and administer queue managers, queues, channels, and other MQ objects.
  
• Provide support and troubleshooting for IBM MQ -related incidents and problems.
  
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to IBM MQ and middleware technologies.
