Job Title: Multi -Site Retail Operations Manager

Location: Production Ground Floor, Old Windmill Court, Lower Gerald Griffin St, Limerick, V94 YRD7 / the employee will visit stores across the country.
Salary: €36,605 p.a.
Hours: 39 hrs p/w
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations across multiple retail locations, ensuring consistent service standards and efficient day -to -day performance.
- Manage and coordinate a workforce of approximately 30 employees across multiple store teams, including performance monitoring and team organisation.
- Lead recruitment processes, including interviewing, hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Train and develop staff across locations to ensure consistent standards and team capability.
- Develop and manage staff rosters and workforce scheduling to ensure effective coverage across all sites.
- Monitor sales performance and analyse store data to identify trends and support improvements in operational efficiency and revenue.
- Prepare sales forecasts and demand projections to support stock planning and minimise waste.
- Coordinate inventory orders and stock distribution between retail locations and the central production kitchen.
- Work closely with the company owner on operational planning, performance targets and business development initiatives.
- Support the setup and launch of new store locations, including team preparation and implementation of operational procedures.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail or multi -site operations.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating operations across multiple locations.
- Experience in recruitment, staff training and workforce organisation.
- Experience in sales performance monitoring, forecasting and operational planning.
- Strong organisational, communication and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for operational outcomes.
