They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager who plays a vital role in ensuring their customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in the daily running of the store including staff management, inventory management, visual merchandising

Provide exceptional customer service

Assist in the training and on boarding of new staff and review upskilling opportunities for existing staff members

Supervise and motivate sales assistants to ensure all KPI targets are being met daily

Handle customer inquires, requests and concerns in a professional manner

Manage inventory levels, restocking and visual displays

Ideal candidate

Must have previous management experience and a proven track record of meeting company targets

Presents a high energy personality

Strong people focus and team management skills

Be able to deliver excellent customer service

Work in a fast pace environment
