The role:

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a modern, new-build retail development. You will:

• Manage all phases of the construction project from groundworks through to handover


• Lead a multidisciplinary site team and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers


• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards


• Liaise with clients, design teams, and consultants to maintain clear communication throughout


• Report directly to senior management and play a key role in project strategy and problem-solving

You will need:

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role 


• Proven track record delivering commercial or retail developments


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and safety standards


• A construction-related degree or equivalent experience
