Design Coordinator – South Dublin

• Salary €45,000 - €60,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  Ensure designs meet all health and safety standards and comply with current building regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Review and coordinate design information from external consultants and subcontractors

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with site teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of design information

  
  


• 
  

  Identify cost-saving opportunities through design efficiencies and value engineering

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor design progress to ensure deadlines and budget targets are achieved

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  3+ years of experience in a design coordination role within the construction industry (Ireland or UK)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with a main contractor is strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Revit and BIM systems

  
  


• 
  

  Solid knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR processes

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
