About the Role
FTworkforce are currently seeking experienced Groundworkers to join our team on a civil engineering project in the Charleville area of County Cork.

The successful candidates will have experience working on civils and groundworks projects and be confident carrying out a range of site duties while working safely and efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• General groundworks and civil construction duties


• Assist with drainage and pipe installation


• Prepare trenches and foundations


• Assist pipelayers and machine operators on site


• Carry out concreting, kerbing and ducting work as required


• Read and work from drawings and site levels


• Maintain a clean and safe working environment


• Follow all site health & safety requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Groundworker


• Experience on civil engineering or groundworks projects


• Knowledge of drainage, ducting and underground services


• Ability to work as part of a team


• Good understanding of health & safety procedures


• Safe Pass required


• Manual Handling required


• Relevant tickets or qualifications are an advantage
