This firm has a strong reputation for handling complex, high-value disputes across sectors including insurance, retail, construction, aviation, and financial services.

Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join a dynamic and growing Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. The role offers a broad mix of insurance defence and commercial litigation, with exposure to high-profile, often multi-jurisdictional disputes.

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior solicitors, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of contentious matters while building strong client relationships.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload across commercial litigation and insurance defence


• Work on matters including:
  
  
  
  • Contractual and commercial disputes
  
  
  • Defence of casualty, professional negligence and D&O claims
  
  
  • Landlord & tenant litigation
  
  
  • Judicial reviews and employment injunctions
  
  
  • Shareholder disputes, including minority oppression
  
  
  
  


• Represent clients across sectors including insurance, construction, retail, aviation and financial services


• Assist on complex, high-value and cross-jurisdictional disputes


• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

The Person

• 1+ years’ PQE in litigation, ideally with experience in insurance defence and/or commercial litigation


• Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills


• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines


• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail


• Collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing team
