About the Role
FTworkforce are currently seeking an experienced Pipelayer to join our team on a civil engineering project in the Charleville area of County Cork.

The successful candidate will have experience working on civil construction projects, particularly with the installation of drainage, water mains and underground pipework.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and lay pipes for drainage and water infrastructure


• Work from drawings, levels and specifications


• Assist with excavation and trench preparation


• Ensure pipes are correctly aligned, graded and installed


• Work alongside groundworkers and plant operators


• Maintain high standards of health & safety on site


• Complete work to the required quality and project standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pipelayer / Pipe Layer


• Experience on civil engineering or groundworks projects


• Knowledge of drainage and underground pipe installation


• Ability to read drawings and understand levels


• Safe Pass required


• Manual Handling required


• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team


• Relevant experience with water, drainage or utilities projects is an advantage
