Key Responsibilities:

  Setting out and surveying works to ensure alignment with design drawings.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinating with subcontractors, foremen, and site operatives to deliver high-quality work.

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting quality checks and preparing accurate site documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining site safety and contributing to a culture of compliance and best practice.

  
  


• 
  

  Liaising with the design and management teams to report progress and resolve technical queries.

  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.


• Minimum 2 years’ experience working on building projects (residential, commercial, healthcare, or education).


• Experience in setting out, reading drawings, and working with architectural/structural details.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment.
