Permanent Position

Our client, a Dublin-based roofing and cladding contractor, with a strong reputation, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee packages in data-centre/large commercial projects across the Cork region. 

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Lead day-to-day site operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with main contractor site teams, trades and suppliers to maintain schedule, quality and cost targets

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure safety, site housekeeping and compliance with methodology, RAMs and client requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor labour, materials usage, programme and report progress to senior management

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve on-site issues proactively and ensure hand-off of completed works meeting specification

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Proven site management experience. 

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organisational and communication skills and ability to work with multi-trade teams

  
  


• 
  

  Proven record of delivering high-quality finishes to tight programmes on Roofing and Cladding packages. 

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable operating within a large contractor environment on complex projects
