Job Description - Operations Specialist | Wealth Management

We are currently working with an established financial advisory firm that are looking to hire an Operations Specialist to join their team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail -orientated professional with experience across client support, compliance, reporting and operational improvement.

Responsibilities:

Prepare new business presentations to a high professional standard within agreed timelines
Produce accurate weekly, monthly and periodic reports and audits
Support ongoing compliance and risk initiatives, including regulatory framework implementation
Support the development and updating of internal documentation and procedures
Assist with business projects and process improvement Initiatives
Contribute to internal training, including AML and ethics compliance tracking and delivery

Requirements:

Experience in financial services, compliance, operations or administrative role
Organised, methodical, and detail -orientated approach
QFA or APA qualification
Experience working within a Financial Services Brokerage, Wealth Management firm or Financial Planning Practice
Exposure to compliance or regulatory frameworks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
