Position Details;
Role: Payroll Administrator
Location: Mayfield Cork
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Role Type: Office Based - Full Time
Responsibilities;
Manage and process payroll
Ensure correct data entry of working time
Calculate taxes and deductions
Manage employee queries
Review payroll reports
Respond to employee inquiries
Resolve payroll discrepancies
Manage & maintain payroll software
Ensuring completion of all P30 (PAYE/PRSI/USC) returns.
Administering third party deductions eg: health care, union subscriptions, pensions etc.
Calculating final pay for employees leaving the Company, including issuing P45s.
