Job Description - Payroll Specialist - Temporary

Our client, a prestigious global financial services firm based in Dublin, is seeking a Temporary International Payroll Specialist to provide cover and support during a period of sustained growth and internal transition. This is a key short -term opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who can confidently manage end -to -end payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

End -to -end processing of monthly payrolls for UK, Ireland, and selected EMEA countries.
Manage compensation components such as salary, bonuses, RSUs, severance, pensions, and benefits.
Liaise with payroll vendors and coordinate between Finance and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
Support quarterly Irish fund payroll processing and assist with payroll -related reporting as required.

Requirements:

3+ years' payroll experience, ideally within financial, legal, or professional services.
Strong working knowledge of UK and/or Irish payroll is essential. EMEA payroll experience is a strong advantage.
Confident in using Excel and payroll/accounting platforms (SAP/S4 Hana experience preferred).
Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast -paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail -focused mindset.
