Personal Lines Sales Executive

Gallagher, one of the world’s largest insurance brokerages, is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Executive to join our Dublin office. With over 100 years of combined insurance expertise in Ireland, we provide tailored insurance solutions to protect what matters most to our customers. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic Personal Lines team, drive new business sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Once established in the role, hybrid working will be available, with two to three days per week based in our Dublin office.

As a Personal Lines Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales and retention while delivering great customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
• Providing day-to-day support an sharing knowledge with colleagues to help maintain high productivity and service standards.
• Contributing to regular team meetings, sharing updates, and helping to foster collaboration..
• Driving sales and retention targets while ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Managing daily workflows and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations..
• Ensuring compliance with Gallagher’s policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

We’re looking for a candidate with:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Personal Lines or a similar role.
• Qualifications: APA certification as a minimum or CIP, Dip CII, or ACII certification.
• Skills: A proven track record of excellent customer service, strong communication, and collaboration skills.
• Leadership: The ability to positively engage with colleagues, insurers and clients.
