Requirements

- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a wood-fired or high-volume pizza kitchen
- Strong understanding of dough preparation, fermentation and pizza execution
- Ability to manage busy services independently
- Good organization and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Passion for quality food and hospitality
