Planner - Dublin

We are seeking a motivated Project Planner for a large-scale commercial building project in Dublin. This role focuses on developing, monitoring, and reporting on baseline construction schedules across civil, structural, architectural (CSA), and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  Schedule Management: Prepare and manage multi-disciplinary schedules for all project phases, ensuring area updates are cross-checked, consistent, and quality-assured.

  
  


• 
  

  Progress Tracking: Monitor progress against baselines, implement progress measurement systems, and recommend remedial actions for schedule deviations.

  
  


• 
  

  Data Analysis: Extract critical insights using filters, lookaheads, histograms, and S-curves to optimize project timelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Reporting & Forecasting: Generate accurate forecasts, variance reports, and regular updates for close collaboration with site management and clients.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Education: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience as a Construction Planner, specifically working with a Main Contractor on large-scale commercial building projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Civil works, M&E/MEP integration, and Fit-Out sequences.

  
  


• 
  

  Software: Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project.

  
  


• 
  

  Core Skills: Strong communication skills, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and within a collaborative site team.
