Planner - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to oversee all aspects of project scheduling across pre-construction, design, procurement, fabrication, and installation phases. You will collaborate with Project Directors, Managers, and sub-contractors to develop, maintain, and report on comprehensive project strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  Scheduling & Progress: Develop and maintain detailed project programmes (P6, Asta, or MSP); track weekly milestones and critical path activities.

  Resource Analysis: Conduct weekly company-wide resource analysis; identify planning gaps and issue weekly gap analysis reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Risk Mitigation: Perform regular schedule reviews to identify constraints, delays, or risks, and implement proactive solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with procurement and logistics for material delivery timelines; lead and mentor junior scheduling coordinators.

  
  


• 
  

  Stakeholder Reporting: Monitor schedule performance metrics (variance analysis/forecasting) and present updates at progress and risk meetings.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated construction project planning and programming experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Software: Proven proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, or MS Project.

  
  


• 
  

  Skills: Strong background in general construction sequencing, analytical problem-solving, and cross-team leadership.

  
  


• 
  

  Certifications: PMP or PSP certification is preferred.
