Weâre partnering with a technology-driven organisation that builds cutting-edge Generative AI solutions for enterprise-level B2B clients.
They are seeking a Principal Solutions Director â a senior delivery leader who can turn strategy into execution, lead multiple projects, and help large organisations realise the full potential of AI.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will shape how enterprise AI solutions are delivered, work directly with senior client stakeholders (up to C-suite), and ensure delivery teams create measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple enterprise AI and advanced technology projects from planning through to successful delivery.
- Act as the day-to-day manager for multidisciplinary delivery teams, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
- Translate technical progress into clear, compelling business outcomes for senior executives.
- Draft and manage SOWs, roadmaps, and progress reporting while spotting risks early.
Facilitate high-impact stakeholder workshops and align technical and business teams.
Act as a product-minded delivery lead â prioritise work, manage trade-offs, and capture reusable delivery assets.
Requirements
Essential Experience
â
Technical Foundation â must have a background in software engineering or development, with hands-on coding experience earlier in your career.
â
Enterprise Delivery Leadership â proven success managing multiple concurrent projects or programmes for enterprise-level organisations.
â
C-Level & Senior Stakeholder Engagement â excellent communication and facilitation skills with strong experience influencing executive decision-makers.
Highly Desired
â Commercial AI Project Experience â exposure to real-world AI/ML or Generative AI delivery.
â Strong Interest in AI/GenAI â curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI to solve business problems.
â Product management or product owner experience, ideally in a technology delivery environment.
â Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy industries.
