At Kepak Ballybay, we're looking for a motivated and people-focused Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of production operations, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in delivering quality products in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
As Production Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while creating a positive and engaged working environment for your team.
Working Hours & Shifts This role will work on a 4 day working shift pattern which will include both morning and evening shift
Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Drive high standards of food safety, quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
Promote a strong health & safety culture and ensure safe working practices are followed.
Supervise, coach, and develop production teams to maximise performance and engagement.
Track key KPIs including output, efficiency, waste, downtime, and quality.
Work closely with maintenance, planning, and warehouse teams to support operational success.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and cost control.
Requirements
Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, FMCG, or a similar production environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and production systems.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
