Responsibilities

• Lead project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges with stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Facilitate project meetings, providing clear direction and actionable insights.
• Oversee procurement and resource management to support project needs.

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
