Project Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1

Partnering with a leading Tier 1 main contractor on a key commercial hire across Dublin-based projects.

This is a full-scope SQS role — subcontract procurement from enquiry to final account, monthly commercial reporting, cash flow forecasting and hands-on package management across live builds.

The role covers:

• Full subcontract lifecycle — tender packages, analysis, appointment & final account


• Cash flow preparation aligned to contract and target programme


• CVRs, cost/value forecasting and budgetary controls


• Remeasure, value engineering and change order management


• Subcontractor vetting — insurances, tax clearance, CWPS compliance

What they need:

• 5+ years with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK


• 10m+ project experience


• Third level degree in QS or related discipline


• Strong procurement and commercial delivery track record
