Coordinate inspection schedules with Property Managers and arrange access with tenants
Conduct routine property inspections across residential rental units
Assess property condition during tenancy, ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements
Check properties meet minimum housing and fire safety standards
Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Document excessive wear and tear, damage, and compliance matters
Take photographic records of fixtures, fittings and landlord contents
Prepare detailed inspection reports and outline follow-up actions
Adhere to company policies, procedures and reporting standards
