POSITION SUMMARY


The Quality Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative functions within the Quality department. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Quality team by handling documentation, tracking, and system management.


 


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Create and maintain Quality trackers such as inspection trackers per project

  • Manage inspection checklists in Procore 

  • Organize and manage Quality documentation and records such as SOPs, reports

  • Support Engineers with administrative tasks

  • Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed


 


QUALIFICATIONS


Minimum Job Qualifications:



  • 2 years of administrative experience or 2 years in Quality administration

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in a manufacturing and/or Quality environment

  • Experience with Procore or similar project management software

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Autonomy and proactivity

  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner


 


PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS



  • Office-based environment

  • Occasional presence in manufacturing environment may be required

  • Protective Equipment Required where applicable


TRAVEL TIME REQUIRED



  • No travel required
