Quantitative Developer – Multi-Strategy Trading Firm

Location: Dublin (Onsite)

Elevate Partners are working with a leading multi-strategy
trading firm to recruit an experienced Quantitative Developer for their Dublin
office. This is a unique opportuniaty to work at the intersection of technology
and quantitative research, developing the tools and infrastructure that drive
trading strategies in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain trading models, data
  pipelines, and research platforms in close collaboration with quantitative
  researchers and traders.
  
• Build high-performance, low-latency applications and tools to support
  systematic and discretionary strategies.
  Implement robust data ingestion, transformation, and storage
  solutions to handle large and complex market datasets.
  
• Partner with researchers to rapidly prototype models and
  translate them into production-ready code.
  Optimise existing systems for performance, scalability, and
  reliability.
  
• Ensure compliance, security, and governance standards are
  embedded in all development practices.
  

• 5+ years’ experience as a Quantitative Developer, Software
  Engineer, or Data Engineer within trading, asset management, hedge funds, or
  financial services.
  
• Strong programming expertise in Python or C# (knowledge of
  both highly desirable).
  
• Experience building systems for data analysis, statistical
  modelling, or algorithmic trading.
  
• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading workflows,
  and market data (tick, intraday, and historical).
  
• Proficiency with SQL and database technologies (relational
  and/or time-series).
  
• Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to work in a
  fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to
  collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
