Currently, we are looking for Full Time professional receptionists to greet our customers throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner
Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
Perform any other special duties as requested by Manager
Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
18 years of age or older required
