The position is for a 4-star seaside hotel, located near Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland.

It is a well-established hotel offering a high-quality hospitality experience in a scenic coastal setting. The business is as follows:
· Offering accommodation to both local and international guests in a relaxing environment
· Providing quality dining through an on-site restaurant and bar, focused on fresh and local products
· Delivering a welcoming and authentic Irish experience to all guests
You will be working at the Front Office as a Receptionist.
Duties involve:
· Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
· Managing reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries
· Handling phone calls, emails, and front desk communication
· Providing information about the hotel and local area
· Managing payments and administrative tasks
· Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Requirements
· Good level of English required (minimum C1 level)
· Previous experience in reception or hospitality required
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Professional presentation and customer-oriented attitude
· Ability to multitask and stay organized
· Comfortable using basic computer systems and booking software
