Recruitment Coordinator

Role
Recruitment is a key driver to Sculpted by Aimee’s success. As our Recruitment Coordinator at Sculpted, you’ll act as a first impression for the company with external applicants and partner closely with department leads, hiring managers, recruiters and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an optimal 360 support on application, interview and placement experiences. This position will help the People team to efficiently manage the recruitment process end-to-end as well as supporting recruiting related initiatives and overall system and platform maintenance. 
 
This role initially is a 12-month fixed term contract role. We currently operate in a hybrid working model and this person will be expected to be in the office in Dundrum, Dublin, at least 3 days per week.

• Job posting and advertising: Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and Sculpted by Aimee careers page. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and attractive to potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews: Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, including candidate communication, interview panel coordination, and room booking. Ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Applicant tracking system (ATS) management: Support recruiters and hiring panels by opening, organising, and maintaining recruitment data in our internal ATS. 
• Candidate experience: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. Continuously seek ways to improve the candidate experience.
• Recruitment operations support: Assist with maintaining recruitment-related documents, templates, and processes. Help streamline and optimise recruitment operations across the team. 
• Represent Sculpted by Aimee’s mission, vision, and values with integrity and professionalism.

• Previous 1-2 years Talent Acquisition / In-House recruitment delivery (end-to- end) experience is essential.
• Must have experience of the recruitment marketplace within the UK and Ireland.
• Strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency, and prioritisation and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Affinity for improving and caring for the candidate experience.
• Proficiency in multiple tools and systems: Microsoft office and other ATS.
• Experience of direct sourcing with different talent attraction and sourcing methods. 
• Data and insights driven. 
• Experience of building out talent pools.
